ASP.NET App Suspend is a feature of Windows Server 2012 R2 and the .NET Framework 4.5.1 that brings a mobile app “tombstoning”-style feature to ASP.NET Web sites. App Suspend enables developers to use shared hosting services with the experience of dedicated hosting, by making much better use of existing server hardware.
