This demo intensive session will focus on the use of Microsoft Azure services to host a back end system for real- time telemetry processing in a 3D racing game. The use of asynchronous queues, worker roles, storage services and websites will be explained. Techniques for real-time data stream processing, data archiving and report generation will be discussed and demonstrated. During the session attendees will have the option to play the game, and see the lap and telemetry data being processed in real time. The session will provide an insight into leveraging the power of cloud-based platforms for high scale telemetry data processing scenarios. The techniques demonstrated will be applicable to many scenarios, from multi-player gaming to device telemetry and the internet of things.
ExpressRoute is a new Azure service that allows customers to establish private, high-throughput connections with Microsoft Azure. These connections are available through Exchange Providers as well as Network Service Providers. In this session, we will focus on how customers can establish ExpressRoute connections at Exchange Provider locations. Co-presented by Microsoft and partners Equinix and Zadara Storage, this session will dig into the technical details of ExpressRoute and discuss customer scenarios including accessing Zadara's storage.
In this report, we shall consider a new component in Azure—Azure Resource Manager—which allows you to work with your application as a whole, rather than as a collection of disparate services and components. In addition, Azure Resource Manager allows tagging of resources and performs automatic application deployment in a development or test environment, as well as provides for dependency tracking for settings and resources in these environments.
