ExpressRoute is a new Azure service that allows customers to establish private, high-throughput connections with Microsoft Azure. These connections are available through Exchange Providers as well as Network Service Providers. In this session, we will focus on how customers can establish ExpressRoute connections at Exchange Provider locations. Co-presented by Microsoft and partners Equinix and Zadara Storage, this session will dig into the technical details of ExpressRoute and discuss customer scenarios including accessing Zadara's storage.
ASP.NET App Suspend is a feature of Windows Server 2012 R2 and the .NET Framework 4.5.1 that brings a mobile app “tombstoning”-style feature to ASP.NET Web sites. App Suspend enables developers to use shared hosting services with the experience of dedicated hosting, by making much better use of existing server hardware. In this video, we’ll show you how to configure Internet Information Server (IIS) to enable the ASP.NET App Suspend feature for a site and demonstrate the before-and-after results. After viewing this video, you’ll see why App Suspend is a big step forward in the ASP.NET application user experience.

Prior to his current leadership role, Ludovic was General Manager for the Microsoft Project Business Unit, where his responsibilities led him to run product development and head the strategic direction for the Project business. Ludovic has been involved with the Microsoft Project team since 1994 in various technical leadership roles for the Project and Project Server line of products. Ludovic holds a BS in CS from ESIGELEC, an Electrical Engineering school based in France.
